Beginner, Elementary and Intermediate piano students can all be catered for at NCM.

We believe that piano lessons should be fun and exciting and incorporate a wide variety of resources and materials to aid learning and musical development. This means that our lessons are a little different to the traditional method book approach.

Our ethos is to introduce students to the endless possibilities that music offers them, to help them love music through understanding it but, more importantly, to nurture their creativity, whatever their age.

So yes, we teach children and adults to play the piano using modern and traditional methods but we also give them so much more! From composing activities, improvisation, rhythm games, studio competitions, making music videos... we love to inspire creativity whilst ensuring our students get a solid musical education and learn to play piano to the best of their abilities.

Every student is treated as an individual and, whilst we do not offer traditional exams, piano students are regularly assessed and rewarded for their achievements.
