To remain an active NCM student from September 2023, please submit this form by Monday July 31st. After this date, remaining slots will be offered to new students.
Priority will be given to students who want to continue with the same lesson slot and remaining lesson times will be offered in the order they are received.
Registration with NCM lasts for 1 year unless terminated by either party.
